The conference will be held at the Mount Snow Conference Center on route 100 in West Dover, Vermont. Lodging is at the same facility.

From Points North: Take I-89 or I-91 South to White River Jct., continue on I-91 South to Exit 2, (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile North to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points West: Take the I-787 North ramp towards Troy, Merge onto I-787 North, Take the Rte. 7 East exit towards Troy, NY/Bennington, VT. Merge onto Rte. 7 East, Rte. 7 East becomes Vermont SR-9, follow SR-9 to Wilmington, VT and turn onto route 100 North by turning left at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points East: Take Rte. 2 West, To Rte. 91 North in Greenfield, MA. Take 91 North to Exit 2 in VT (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

From Points South: Take 91 North to Exit 2 in VT (route 9 West) turn right onto route 9 West at end of ramp and travel 16 miles to route 100 North, then 1 mile to Wilmington, VT . Follow route 100 North by turning right at the stop-light in Wilmington center, and travel 6.4 miles to Mount Snow resort on left.

Please note that there is no public transportation from any of the airports to Mt. Snow. It will be necessary for you to rent a car. However, for those of you who cannot rent a car, we will arrange to have a bus leaving from Boston's Logan airport on October 17th, Wednesday evening, at 17:30, with transportation returning to Boston on Sunday, October 21st, leaving Mt. Snow around 13:00. If you will require the use of the bus coming to the Conference on October 17th, it is your responsibility to make sure your flight arrives at least an hour or more before 17:30 hours on Wednesday so you will have time to collect your bags and walk out to the waiting bus. You must confirm a reservation for the bus with Gloria via email at gzucker@watercon.org before September 13th, 2012. We cannot accept bus reservations after that date. (Please bear in mind that travel time from Logan to the Grand Summit Resort is approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours, so you will arrive at the hotel Wednesday evening around 22:00.) Also, when you contact Gloria to reserve space, please note if you also will need reservations in the bus returning to Boston's Logan airport on Sunday at 13:00. If so, make sure your flight will not depart before 19:00.

If you fly into New York, you can take the Amtrak train from Penn Station to Brattleboro, Vermont (there is just one train daily); If you plan on doing this contact Gloria and we will make arrangements for you to be transported from the train station to the hotel.
