Conference dates are Thursday 10/18 through Sunday 10/21; as speaker presentations will begin early on Thursday, we recommend arriving on Wednesday, 10/17.

Room Types (Based upon availability) **Rates do not include 10% tax and 8% service charge

GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL:

STANDARD HOTEL ROOM – 2 Queen Beds - $99.00 per night
STUDIO – Murphy Bed, full kitchen - $99.00 per night
ONE BEDROOM SUITE -  1 queen bed, one sofa bed, full kitchen - $149.00 per night

EXTENDED STAY RATES: Regular conference rates apply if you wish to extend your stay three days pre and post event

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at the time of booking.  Cancellations received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100%; cancellations (or no-shows) received 0-7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the one night’s stay deposit.
